Writing New Stories of Hope

“From generation to generation we will proclaim your praise.” – Psalm 79:13

What This Project Will Ignite

Royal Rangers is already active in more than 90 nations, but there are still churches and entire countries waiting for someone to help them start or start again. New Starts 100

exists to change that.

Every new group becomes a safe, Christ-centered place where kids can hear the Gospel, be discipled, and discover that God’s call rests on their lives.

JOIN US

Through this project, we will:

Launch or reignite Royal Rangers in new nations so more churches can disciple kids and teens through a proven, Spirit-empowered mentoring model.

Train and equip leaders in local churches with the skills, vision, and resources they need to mentor young people week after week.

Plant many new groups quickly—often 25+ groups when a nation starts or relaunches—so momentum spreads across districts and regions, not just one church.

Pray

When kids and leaders pray, they stand shoulder to shoulder with believers across the globe asking God to move.

Prayer is how every church, family, and outpost joins the frontlines.

How to Pray for New Starts:
  • Pray for open doors in nations where Royal Rangers is not yet active or needs to be revitalized.

  • Pray for national church leaders and local pastors to catch the vision for mentoring kids and teens.

  • Pray for faithful, called leaders in each new group who will shepherd kids and teens with Christ-like love and wisdom.

  • Pray that kids and teens will respond to the Gospel and encounter Jesus, surrender their lives, and begin following Him.

Every prayer helps prepare the ground in nations where God is ready to move.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my gift going to a specific nation or to the overall project?

Gifts to New Starts 100 go to the overall project so RRI can respond quickly to the most strategic opportunities and needs among nations starting or revitalizing Royal Rangers.

How many nations does Royal Rangers currently serve?

Royal Rangers is active in more than 90 nations and is growing toward and beyond the 100-nation mark through projects like New Starts 100.

What exactly does $429 provide?

A gift of $429 equips one new Royal Rangers group in a local church with everything needed to launch and mentor kids and teens for years to come. This covers:

  • Leader training – Hands-on instruction for outpost commanders and team leaders
  • Teaching materials – Core curriculum, lesson plans, and discipleship resources
  • Practical supplies – Activity materials, badges, and startup kits
  • Ongoing support – Access to RRI coaching and resources as the group grows

This investment launches a sustainable ministry that can reach dozens of kids weekly and multiply into additional groups over time.

Can kids and teens participate in New Starts 100?

Yes. Churches and outposts are encouraged to involve kids and teens through the same Pray, Give, Go opportunities. Between special offerings, creative fundraisers, and prayer focuses, kids can help start Royal Rangers in other nations.

Ideas to get kids involved:

  • Pray – Lead your kids/youth group in focused prayer nights, including our Global Prayer Vigil
  • Give – Host coin drives, talent shows, or car washes to sponsor new groups ($429 each)
  • Go – Include them in mission awareness events or (when appropriate) short-term trips
